Lindsay is a true believer that we as people can achieve anything we put our mind to, it is not always easy but nothing is more rewarding than the feeling of success! She has been a leader here in San Diego on all things fitness and nutrition since 2010 and has never turned back! She has an intense fitness background with certifications including group fitness that range from pilates, Orangetheory, strength training and yoga sculpt. In 2012, she saw the lack of nutrition education in all aspects of life and furthermore the gap of linking nutrition to coincide with any fitness goal. Since then, she has become a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She has helped hundreds over the years maximize their potential through the lens of nutrition but more importantly the why behind it all!
She believes she is meant to serve, inspire and educate. Fall 2022, she officially turned her nutrition knowledge into becoming a small business owner coaching Macro Nutrition. Macro Nutrition is a proven way to seek the proper results not just for the now but for longevity. She will teach you the tools to be and feel the best version of yourself, to create a better relationship with food and understand how to properly balance what the body needs.
Her expertise comes from the creativity of movement in taking the body to new heights, creating trust from within and strength from without. Lindsay also holds a BA in Business Communication. She loves sharing her love of fitness and nutrition with her clients and thrives on positivity! Her energy and laughter are contagious, she cares tremendously and will always be there by your side through the good times and the tough times. When she is not coaching you can find her traveling, at the park with her 2 fur babies, skiing or going to concerts. She thrives on social engagement and cannot wait to work with you.

Six months ago I was caught in a rut. I was working out, eating "healthy" and still gaining weight. I was frustrated, disappointed and knew I had to try something different. I knew Lindsay from Orange Theory and pilates and already liked her tough but positive coaching style so I decided to give maco coaching a try, and it was the best decision I could have made. It was truly eye-opening to see how a relatively healthy diet and exercise wasn't working for me.
